A Hot Sexy Night

Some might ask what a married couple of almost 12 years do at night to spice things up a bit. Some might think that after being separated for 7 months that a special night might be allot of smootching and Lov'in. Some might be wrong... Last night Keith and I had a very romantic night in bed. It's okay Mom and Dad, it's not what you think! Last night Keith and I took a mirror and showed each other our crow's feet, facial wrinkles, gray hair, and I took care of the long ass hairs coming out of Keith's ears. Oh yes people, we got it on BIG TIME! After all that work we were butt ass tired and went to sleep. Ahhhh, married life... gotta love it, and I do by the way...
Em went "Tinkle" in the potty twice people. She is a bit too young in my opinion to be fully potty trained so we aren't exactly pushing it. But we have introduced her to it and she seems interested in it. So, that is a plus in my book. We also have a Cinderella bed being shipped to the house as we speak. No more Baby = No more Crib. I am excited yet sad at the same time. Am I going to be like this for everything? Yes, probably. I was teary eyed the night before Em's second birthday. For the last time I put my one year old to bed. I can't imagine what I am going to be like the day of her wedding... or College, or even kindergarten. God help us all.
So, it has been almost a month since Keith has been back from Iraq. Adjustments have been difficult. Mainly for Em and Keith. She is doing much better now and even runs up to Daddy to give him smootches and stretches her arms out to him to be held. She is slowly becoming less attached to my hip as well. All very good things.
The main surprise is that she has been saying more words. She has made progress in Therapy and I think having Daddy home has helped. I would say she has added about 10 words to her vocabulary in a month. And for the first time in her group therapy yesterday she actually participated in all the events. Good for her, I am proud of her.
In two days Keith's parents will be here for a week. I need to clean, why I don't know. Everyone knows that when you have company your house turns into a disaster. But still, I don't want them to walk into the house and think I am a slob. So cleaning will start tomorrow. Fun Fun.
So, the creature. It seems my brother in law has become a fan of the creature. According to Kari Ian has threatened his own dog(s) as well as to having them live out in the woods with it. Even my friend Sarah has stated that her husband was well aware of the fact that there is a creature living on this base. So, you see people, I am not totally crazy. I have come to peace with the fact there there is a huge hairy creature living in my back yard that watches me for entertainment and enjoys setting my dogs off into a barking frenzy. So long as he stays out in the woods and doesn't drop in for a glass of lemonade I am fine with that.
So anyway, the cabin was fun. We did allot, eat allot, and chilled out together. It was fun, tiring, and expensive but all worth it. I want to do it again soon.

Hope to see you all soon....
