Poopy Butt

I know I have said this before but I am saying it again....so deal with it. Poop!! I swear you can't imagine the magnitude at which you will worry about somebody else's poop before you have a child. When they are a baby you really worry... Not enough, too much, wrong color.... Trust me, you do. When they get older though and get on a "schedule" you relax, you just sort of know what to look for. Em is good, she goes when she should and I don't really worry about her not going. This past week though she has been a little shit, literally. Poop Poop every where. Not fun... Especially on a 13 hour trip in the car... but hey whatever. Still a week later she has the runs...So on a Sunday we are headed to medical. I am sure Em is not going to be happy about this but I sure her tummy needs a break. Poor thing. When I called medical the other day they were not concerned. They said not to give her any meds and that she needs to "flush" everything out of her body... but nothing has changed days later and I am concerned. So we are going...
Em has become very stubborn lately. Wanting to be very dependent. She refuses to let me put on her shoes. If I even so much as touch them while she is trying she will take that very shoe and fling it across the room. She doesn't really want me to dress her either but she has a hard time putting on her clothes still so she allows me to although she lets me know she is not happy about it. Lucky me. It was fun buying her new shoes yesterday, trying to see if the shoes fit her, fighting with her trying to put on the shoe myself.... I am sure everyone at the PX enjoyed Emily screaming during the 30 minute adventure and wrestling match. I am truly an evil mother buying my daughter new shoes... at least that was the looks I was getting.
After that was done we decided to walk around because you just get at some point where you don't give a shit, want to get out of the house, and so be it if she is going to be the devil. So, there we are in the PX shopping with our daughter shoeless who is walking around as well. Because she refused to wear shoes after the battle and then refused for us to hold her or keep her in the stroller... but whatever, I don't give a shit. So, there I am walking around with Em and Keith is up ahead looking at video games (duh), and some old guy comes up to me and says "maybe you should go get a cart, that way you can control her a bit better" Ummm, That is funny asshole, I don't remember asking your dumbass for any help. I told him I had a handle on things but thanks anyway... What the fuck is wrong with people? You know he is going to be one of THOSE people that decide to tell somebody the same story and how I was a rude bitch who had no control over my own daughter, that he was just offering his help to someone who apparently doesn't have a brain cell in her body. I should have been OH SO Thankful because I didn't have a clue how to take care of my child until I the guy at the PX told me what to do.... Anyway, I think he heard me call him an old asshole to Keith so it more than makes up for it.
Well, better go we have to go to the poopy doctor soon. Wish us luck...
